Meet the Directors

Mrs. Beth Edmondson - Theatre Director

Beth Edmondson graduated from the University of Southern Indiana with a degree in Speech, Communications, Theatre and English Education in 2004. While at the University of Southern Indiana, she received the 2004 Academic Achievement Award for Communication Education. She has been a member of the Memorial High School family for the past 4 years. Beth teaches Theatre Arts 1, Theatre Arts 2, Themes in Literature, and Sophomore English. She also is the Director of the Fall Play, the Spring Musical, two Theatre Arts 2 Showcases (one act productions), sponsor of the Drama Club, and the Thespian Director.

Mr. Jacob Wedding - Assistant Theatre Director

Jacob Wedding is a 2007 Memorial High School graduate. He is currently attending the University of Southern Indiana and majoring in Business. In addition to working at MHS, Jacob also works at The Edgewater Grille and Just Rennie’s Catering. At MHS, Jacob has taken on the responsibilities of Assistant Director for the Fall Play and Spring Musical, and assists with many of the Drama Club and Thespian Society activities and excursions.
